Landscaping & Nursery Management

Do you enjoy working outdoors or caring for plants? If so, check out the Landscaping & Nursery Management program. Located at Career & Tech's Schoharie campus, Landscaping & Nursery Management will prepare you for work or further study at two- and four-year college programs.

In the classroom, outdoors, in lab settings and through off-campus learning and work experiences, you'll acquire knowledge, theory and skills needed to be successful. You'll learn how to operate and maintain equipment, machinery and tools used in landscape design, installation, construction and agricultural production.

Your Landscaping & Nursery Management teacher is an experienced professional who will also teach you about sales and marketing, business management and skills for career success. Student activities offered through FFA will add to your learning and enjoyment.
